ORDERING & PAYMENT

$150 minimum opening order
$100 minimum for subsequent orders

Orders placed through our wholesale website are processed directly at checkout. Shipping is automatically calculated based on the size and weight of your order, and payment is collected at the time of purchase.

If you prefer to order via email or have a special request, we can issue a manual invoice — payment must be made in full before your order ships. We also accept e-transfer upon request.

Returning clients with a consistent order history may request payment terms (e.g., Net 30). Late payments will incur a 5% interest charge per month past due.

TURNAROUND TIME

Our typical turnaround time is 2–3 business days, though this may extend up to 5 business days during busier seasons.

SHIPPING

We ship using the most reliable carrier available based on your location, which may include Canada Post, UPS, or FedEx.

Shipping is automatically calculated at checkout when ordering through our wholesale website. If you have specific shipping needs or preferences, feel free to reach out prior to placing your order.

For international orders, duties or taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery.

RETURNS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

Returns are accepted only for products that arrive damaged or defective. If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 5 days of receipt, and we will arrange replacements for the affected items.

Order cancellations or changes must be made within 24 hours of placing your order.

BACK ORDERS

You will be notified of any back-ordered items. The remainder of your order will ship as scheduled unless otherwise requested. Once the back-ordered item is restocked, it will ship free of charge. All items will be invoiced at the time of the original order (for manual orders only).

DISPLAY & SOCIAL MEDIA

All products must be sold in their original packaging. Boxed card sets may not be separated for individual resale.
