Refund policy
Although we hope you love your order, we accept returns on full priced items that are unused and in perfect condition, including the original packaging. You must contact Linden Paper Co. within 7 days of receiving your shipment to be eligible for a refund. To contact us, please email hello@lindenpaperco.com with your reason for return, along with the order number. You will then receive instructions on how to return the item(s). If eligible, customers will also assume the cost of return shipping at this time. Once we receive the item(s), we will issue a refund back to your credit card or payment method. Please note that your original shipping costs are non-refundable.
For any shipping related issues that are out of our control (wrong address, lost in mail), we cannot provide a return for those items. However, we would be happy to work with you and replace those items at no additional cost.
All discounted items (before the use of any discount codes) are FINAL SALE. No store credit or refund will be issued.
For any items received that have been damaged during shipping, please email us right away at hello@lindenpaperco.com.
